Collection: Radical Self Care Range

During the Coronavirus 2020 Lockdown, I attended some online events to expand my mind and keep informed on well-being acts.  One event I came across was a livestream interview with a women's group and two activists, Angela Davies and Nikki Giovanni.  It was during the conversation that I heard the term 'radical self-care' and knew that this is the strategy I have always strived for and this is evident in the ongoing behaviours and ethos of SheerB.

You must look after yourself, quite deliberately so, before you can give, care, look after others.  You are not being frivolous or selfish.  As a child, you were cared for until you were able to take first steps, make first friendships, grow increasingly independent.  Then the baton is shared with the community and handed on.  Then you can shoulder the next onslaught of demands on your physical and emotional attention from a 360 degree perspective.

So meditate, take action, protest peacefully, stay safe with this radical self-care range.
